بررسی اعتبار، روایی و هنجاریابی پرسشنامه شایستگی جهانی دانشجویان فارغ التحصیل

چکیده

مقدمه: شایستگی جهانی عمیقاً بر تمام زمینه های آموزش تأثیر گذاشته است. در فرایند جهانی شدن، شایستگی جهانی یک شایستگی حیاتی برای دانشجویان فارغ التحصیل است. پرسشنامه شایستگی جهانی دانشجویان فارغ التحصیل (GCSG) یک ابزار جدید برای اندازه گیری شایستگی جهانی دانشجویان فارغ التحصیل دانشگاه است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اعتبار، روایی و هنجاریابی پرسشنامه شایستگی جهانی دانشجویان فارغ التحصیل دانشگاه در جامعه دانشجویان ایرانی بود.
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر همبستگی بود و تعداد 234 نفر از دانشجویان فارغ التحصیل دانشگاه های مختلف کشور در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به پرسشنامه شایستگی جهانی دانشجویان فارغ­التحصیل که اولین بار لیو، یین،و وو (2020) طراحی کرده اند، پاسخ دادند.
یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل داده ها به روش ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نشان داد که مقیاس GCSG به مانند فرم اصلی که از سه عامل اصلی دانش و درک، مهارت ها، و نگرش ها و ارزش ها تشکیل شده است، با داشتن ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ برای خرده مقیاس های مهارت ها، نگرش ها و ارزش ها، و دانش و درک به ترتیب 89/0، 82/0، و 82/0 می باشد و برای کل مقیاس 92/0 از اعتبار لازم برخوردار است. از طرف دیگر به دلیل اینکه ضرایب همبستگی خرده­مقیاس­ها با یکدیگر در مقایسه با ضرایب همبستگی مقیاس کل مقدار کم­تری را نشان می­دهد، حاکی از داشتن روایی مقیاس اندازه­گیری است. شاخص های حاصل از مدل برازش شده CMIN/DF ، CFI ، GFI ، و RMSEA به ترتیب 60/1، 90/0، 82/0، و 55/0 با 468 = DF به دست آمد که در سطح  (001/0 p<) معنادار می باشد و نشان از قابل قبول بودن مدل برازش شده است.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتیجه گیری می شود مقیاس حاضر، ابزاری قابل اعتماد و روا برای اندازه­گیری شایستگی جهانی دانشجویان فارغ التحصیل دانشگاه است و با استفاده از ابزار حاضر می توان تحقیقات گسترده­ای در راستای شایستگی جهانی دانشجویان و نیز اثربخشی برنامه­های مختلف در این زمینه انجام داد.
