To examine the validity of the questionnaire, the CVR index calculation method was used, and the value of 0.92 was obtained for the entire questionnaire. To examine the reliability, the Cronbach's alpha calculation method was used, and a coefficient greater than 0.70 was obtained for all components of this questionnaire, which was confirmed. One-sample t-test was used to analyze the data. The findings of the research indicated that the technological, educational, and cultural and social facilities of Arak University were significantly higher than the desirable level, while the organizational facilities were lower than the desirable level.
