Authors

Abstract

The aim of this study was to develop a qualitative pattern of teaching-learning process management for primary school classes. The research approach was qualitative, using the case study method. Potential participants were university experts who 20 of them were selected by purposive sampling method. In this study, two tool were used: semi-structured interview and form of checking documents. 20 educational and psychological experts from Shiraz University and Farhikhtegan University were selected and have been interviewed by using the theoretical saturation technique. On the other hand, various sources such as books, theses, journal articles was used. By using alignment method, the tool’s validity was approved. Data analysis was done by content analysis and six factors: 1. physical environment 2. Psycho-social environment 3. Preparation 4. Education 5. Combination and 6. Evaluation have been considered in this pattern. In this model, the physical environment and socio-psychological environment act as meeting the basic needs of learners setting. In the physical environment, it must be paid attention to meet the physiological needs of students for the "survival" as well as other physical factors that have effect on students’ learning. But in social-psychological environment, the psychological needs relating to the survival must be considered. And also in this environment, students need to "love and belonging", "power", "freedom" and "happiness" must be meted. In this pattern, training cycle was divided to four state of "preparation", "education", "fusion" and "evaluation" that are formed in physical and social-psychological environments and in each stage learners’ needs must be consider.
