UNESCO has introduced the skill of cooperation and teamwork as one of the seven general human skills of the third millennium. And the ability to do group work is the third skill after communication skills and analytical skills in people. The purpose of the current research is to identify the challenges and solutions of teaching teamwork and interaction with peers to elementary school students. <br />Method: The statistical population of the current study was formed by a group of teachers who had the necessary experience in this field, and 11 people were selected as a statistical sample through the purposeful sampling method. A semi-structured interview was used to collect information. The validity of the research findings was guaranteed by using the methods of members' own review, peer review, and collaborative research. Also, in order to measure the reliability of the done codings, open-test reliability methods and intra-subject agreement were used. MAXQDA 2020 software was used for data analysis.<br />Findings: The findings of the research showed that the challenges of teamwork education include the challenges of students' awareness, teamwork culture, neglecting students' interests, teacher's, family, psychological and biological teamwork literacy. And the solutions include observing the principles of grouping and designing group activities. Discussion and conclusion: Therefore, it can be concluded that educators should emphasize teamwork skills and interaction with peers as skills that are worth developing, and increase the focus on intragroup feedback strategies. مقدمه: کار گروهی در مدرسه روز به روز محبوب‌تر می‌شود و برای نیازهای جدید مدارس قرن بیست و یکم مناسب است. یونسکو مهارت همکاری و کار گروهی را به عنوان یکی از هفت مهارت عمومی انسان هزاره سوم معرفی کرده است. و توانایی انجام کار گروهی، سومین مهارت بعد از مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مهارت‌های تحلیلی در افراد به شمار می‌رود. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی چالش‌ها و راهکارهای آموزش کار گروهی و تعامل با همسالان به دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی است. <br />روش: جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را گروهی از معلمانی که تجربه لازم را در این زمینه داشتند تشکیل دادند که از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند 11 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده شد. روایی یافته‌های پژوهش با استفاده از روش‌های بازبینیِ خودِ اعضا، بررسی همکار، مشارکتی بودن پژوهش تضمین شد. همچنین به‌منظور سنجش پایایی کدگذاری‌های انجام‌شده، از روش‌های پایایی باز آزمون و توافق درون موضوعی استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار MAXQDA 2020 استفاده شد.<br />یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که چالش‌های آموزش کار گروهی شامل چالش‌های آگاهی دانش‌آموزان، فرهنگ کار تیمی، بی‌توجهی به علایق دانش‌آموزان، سواد کار تیمی معلم، خانوادگی، روانشناختی و زیستی می‌باشد و راهکارها شامل رعایت اصول گروه‌بندی و طراحی فعالیت‌های گروهی می‌باشد.<br />بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که مربیان باید بر مهارت‌های کار گروهی و تعامل با همسالان را به عنوان مهارت‌هایی که ارزش توسعه دارند، تأکید کنند و تمرکز بر استراتژی‌های بازخورد درون گروهی را افزایش دهند.
