The statistical population included all the related studies done inside and outside the country between 2007 and 2022, of which, 53 researches were selected from reliable databases (SID, IranDoc, Magiran, Noormags, CIVILICA, ensani.ir, ERIC, ScienceDirect, ProQuest) as research sample by purposive sampling based on specific criteria, and analyzed using the 6-step synthesis method of Roberts. In the deep analysis stage, the initial coding was done with MAXQDA-18 software and then the content analysis was performed on the resulting codes. The result of the research was presenting a proposed model of scientific ethics curriculum in student researches consisting of two main themes (governing principles and structure or curriculum elements). In this model, principles include consideration of scientific, cultural, and social issues and norms of society; respect for patents, copyright and other types of intellectual property, trustworthiness and honesty in research, and presentation of scientific findings. The structure of the model consisted of elements like the program's existential philosophy, goals, content, learning experiences, teaching methods, role of teacher, educational space, time of instruction, grouping, and assessment. The final result is that by using this model, a suitable platform is provided for creation and growth of students' scientific ethics in conducting scientific researches. <br />Key words: Model of Curriculum, scientific ethics, Student Research, Research Synthesis, Secondary School چکیده<br />هدف پژوهش حاضر، واکاوی ویژگی‌های عناصر برنامه‌ی درسی اخلاق علمی در پژوهش‌های دانش‌آموزی دوره متوسطه بوده که به روش کیفی و با استفاده از رویکرد سنتزپژوهی انجام گرفته است. جامعه‌‌ی آماری کلیه‌ی پژوهش‌های داخل و خارج کشور مرتبط با موضوع در فاصله‌ی زمانی 1386 تا 1401 و 2007 تا 2022 بودند که از بین آنها تعداد 53 پژوهش از پایگاه های اطلاعاتی معتبر (سید، ایرانداک، مگ‌ایران، نورمگز، سیویلیکا و پرتال جامع علوم انسانی، اریک، ساینس دایرکت، پروکئیست) به‌عنوان نمونه به شیوه‌ی هدفمند و بر اساس معیارهای مشخص انتخاب و با استفاده از الگوی شش مرحله‌ای سنتزپژوهی روبرتس مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفت. در مرحله واکاوی عمیق، ابتدا کدگذاری اولیه با نرم افزار MAXQDA-18 انجام و سپس به تحلیل مضمون بر روی کدهای حاصل اقدام گردید. نتیجه‌ی پژوهش، ارائه‌ی الگوی پیشنهادی برنامه‌ی درسی اخلاق علمی در پژوهش‌های دانش‌آموزی متشکل از دو مضمون اصلی (اصول حاکم و ساختار یا عناصر برنامه درسی ) بود. در این الگو، اصول شامل مواردی همچون: توجه به مسائل علمی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و هنجارهای جامعه؛ احترام به حق ثبت اختراع، کپی‌رایت و سایر انواع مالکیت معنوی، امانتداری و صداقت در پژوهش و ارائه یافته‌های علمی می‌باشد. ساختار الگو نیز از عناصر (فلسفه‌ی وجودی برنامه، هدف‌ها، محتوا، تجارب یادگیری، شیوه‌های تدریس، نقش معلم، فضای آموزشی، زمان آموزش، گروه‌بندی و ارزشیابی) تشکیل شده است. نتیجه نهایی اینکه با بکارگیری این الگو، بستر مناسب برای ایجاد و رشد اخلاق علمی دانش‌آموزان برای انجام پژوهش‌های علمی فراهم می‌آید. <br />کلیدواژه ها: الگوی برنامه درسی، اخلاق علمی، پژوهش‌های دانش‌آموزی، سنتزپژوهی، دوره متوسطه. https://tlr.shahed.ac.ir/article_4700_d20c510c68da3c49ff702a4fc3cc7400.pdf
