Document analysis method and phenomenological method (semi-structured interview) were used to obtain the findings. In this study, 20 elementary school teachers in Najafabad city and 19 professors of Farhangian University of Isfahan province were selected by purposive sampling method and theoretical saturation criterion. In the findings section, the characteristics of inspirational teachers were determined by reviewing the available sources and through interviews with teachers and specialists. And it has been shown that inspiration does not happen overnight. Rather, while paying attention to the talent of people, it is achieved through effort and education and the development of intellectual powers. In the following, through interviews with teachers and experts, the opportunities and challenges in the training of inspirational teachers in teacher training centers were identified, and finally, solutions were proposed to overcome the challenges. Finally, according to the opinion of the teachers, in order to overcome the challenges, there are suggestions such as improving the academic level of professors and paying attention to their recruitment, specialization of courses, strengthening and equipping Farhangian University, holding various training courses, and more attention to internship courses. In order to get out of the challenges, experts also use solutions such as using the experiences of experienced teachers in making decisions, using artist teachers, correctly defining an inspiring teacher and appreciating inspiring teachers, holding training courses, modifying the method of selection and recruitment in order to employ student teachers and professors, the proportion of entrances to the capacity of each center, writing new books and translating good and authentic works for teaching, and improving the attitude of student teachers towards the teaching profession. هدف از پژوهش بررسی ویژگی‌ها و استلزامات در تربیت معلم الهام بخش و راهکارها جهت غلبه بر چالش-های موجود (واکاوی تجربه زیسته معلمان و متخصصان) است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی است. برای دستیابی به یافته‌ها، روش تحلیل اسناد و روش پدیدارشناسی (مصاحبه نیمه ساختار‌یافته) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. در این مطالعه 22 معلم دوره ابتدایی در شهر نجف‌آباد و 19 استاد دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان اصفهان با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با معیار اشباع نظری انتخاب شد. در بخش یافته‌ها با بررسی منابع موجود و از طریق مصاحبه با معلمان و متخصصان ویژگی معلمان الهام‌بخش مشخص گردید و نشان داده شد که الهام بخش شدن یک شبه حاصل نمی شود. بلکه ضمن توجه به استعداد افراد با تلاش و تربیت و رشد قوای عقلانی حاصل می گردد. در ادامه از طریق مصاحبه با معلمان و متخصصان به ترتیب به شناسایی فرصت‌ها و چالش موجود در تربیت معلمان الهام‌بخش در مراکز تربیت معلم پرداخته شد و در نهایت طبق نظر معلمان برای غلبه بر چالش‌ها پیشنهاداتی همچون ارتقای سطح علمی اساتید و گزینش ویژه در انتخاب آنها، تخصصی‌کردن واحد‌های درسی، تقویت و تجهیز دانشگاه فرهنگیان، برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی مختلف و توجه بیشتر به دوره‌های کارورزی مطرح شد. متخصصان هم برای برون رفت از چالش‌ها، راه‌کارهایی همچون استفاده از تجارب اساتید و معلمان با تجربه در تصمیم‌گیری ها، استفاده از معلمان و اساتید هنرمند، تعریف درست از معلم الهام‌بخش و تقدیر از معلمان الهام‌بخش، برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی، اصلاح شیوه گزینش و جذب در جهت بکارگیری دانشجومعلم‌ها و اساتید، تناسب ورودی‌ها با ظرفیت هر مرکز، تالیف کتاب‌های جدید و ترجمه آثار خوب و معتبر و اصلاح نگرش دانشجومعلم ها نسبت به شغل مقدس معلمی را پیشنهاد دادند . https://tlr.shahed.ac.ir/article_4139_440924c5948e05070663f88e69e8242b.pdf
