The aim of this study provide the principles and methods applied to the custodians of education has been so inspired to thoughts of the Athar Imams (AS), in the upbringing of children and those students in their efforts. Major findings of this study are: 1 - Principles of professional training includes not Bashdkh principle are: the needs of man must also feel Nvan responsibility, the broker must exercise tyranny customer or client to avoid person should not be poor and not very rich, but must be financially balanced situation for any professional person should be doing is to respect professional ethics, who is engaged in professional work or must it be job or career expert person should do anything and Hafez's busy customer or client is dignity in work life, people should not be originality private accumulation of wealth, agents should be honest and avoid lying, the person must be in favor of the Lord be grateful. 2 - not originally listed a total of twenty, including training methods are. چکیده در پژوهش حاضر با روش تحلیل اسنادی، اصول و روش های تربیت حرفه ای با تاکید بر دیدگاه ائمه ی اطهار(ع) مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. جامعهه ی آماری کلیه ی متون روایی در زمینه ی مذکور بوده، و در این زمینه نمونه گیری انجام نشده است. ابزار پژوهش، فیش بوده و داده های حاصل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل کیفی قرار گرفته است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش ارائه ی اصول و روش های کاربردی به متولیان امر تعلیم و تربیت بوده است تا بتوانند با الهام گرفتن از اندیشه های ائمه ی اطهار(ع)، در امر تربیت فرزندان و دانش آموزان شان اهتمام ورزند. عمده ترین یافته های این پژوهش عبارتند از: 1- اصول تربیت حرفه ای شامل نُه اصل می باشدکه عبارتند از: انسان باید در تامین نیاز های هم نوعان خود احساس مسئولیت کند، کارگزار باید از اعمال ظلم و ستم به مشتری یا ارباب رجوع بپرهیزد، فرد باید نه فقیر باشد و نه بسیار ثروتمند بلکه باید از نظر مالی وضعیت متعادلی داشته باشد فرد به هر حرفه ای مشغول است باید اخلاق حرفه ای را رعایت کند، کسی که به شغل یا حرفه ای مشغول است باید در آن شغل یا حرفه متخصص شود، فرد باید به هر کاری مشغول است عزیز باشد و حافظ عزت مشتری یا ارباب رجوع باشد، در زندگی افراد باید کار اصالت داشته باشد نه مال اندوزی، کارگزار باید صادق باشد و از دروغگویی بپرهیزد، فرد باید در برابر نعمت های پروردگار سپاسگذار باشد.2- نُه اصل ذکر شده مجموعاً شامل بیست روش تربیتی می باشند. https://tlr.shahed.ac.ir/article_2267_53ed35c74a2ec275b837374f04396c03.pdf
