This article draws attention to the knowledge gap in mainstream literature regarding diverse perspectives of educational leadership. The authors endorse the need to move beyond ethnocentrisms and to work towards developing complex theoretical constructs to reconceptualize educational leadership, drawing from perspectives held by diverse ethnic groups – students and communities. How learners from diverse philosophical and ethnic backgrounds conceive and perceive educational leadership, and how they receive it, is bound to interact with their learning experience and performance. This article briefly introduces leadership as a concept formulated in context. It presents philosophical and theoretical underpinnings of these conceptualizations from an Islamic perspective, and highlights the interplay between knowledge and leadership. The article deliberates how these discourses interact to formulate 'educational leadership' in Muslim societies, and explores the implications of these constructions with a focus on the Europe context, where Muslims are in a minority, pointing to the significance of understanding philosophical diversity for embracing population diversity. ماهیت چندفرهنگی رو به رشد مؤسسات آموزشی معمولاً در متون غرب نادیده گرفته شده است. این مقاله با توجه به دیدگاه‌های گوناگون درباره رهبری آموزشی، بر شکاف دانش در ادبیات موجود تمرکز دارد و نویسندگان آن معتقدند که باید حرکتی ورای نژادپرستی‌ها و کار در جهت تدوین نظریه‌های پیچیده به منظور مفهوم‌پردازی مجدد رهبری آموزشی با توجه به دیدگاه‌های مختلف گروه‌های (دانشجویان و جوامع) قومی صورت پذیرد. نحوه درک و دریافت رهبری آموزشی توسط فراگیرانِ دارای فلسفه‌ها و زمینه‌های قومی گوناگون، به تجربه یادگیری و عملکرد آنها بستگی دارد. این مقاله به ‌طور خلاصه رهبری را به عنوان مفهوم ارائه شده در بافت‌های مختلف معرفی می‌کند و زیربنای نظری و فلسفی این مفهوم پردازی‌ها را از نقطه نظر اسلامی ارائه و تعامل بین دانش و رهبری را مشخص می‌کند. همچنین نحوه تعامل این مباحث را با رهبری آموزشی در جوامع اسلامی کنکاش کرده و استنباط‌هایی را از این تعاملات با تأکید بر بافت اروپا که در آن مسلمانان در اقلیت هستند، به عمل می‌آورد و به اهمیت فهم تنوع فلسفی برای پذیرش تنوع جمعیتی اشاره می‌کند. https://tlr.shahed.ac.ir/article_2252_abb5b13260fd6337df8242962c4c0b28.pdf
