%X The present study was done to investigate the correlation between dignities of educational identity and educational negligence. The study method was descriptive and correlation. The population was of all high school students of third grade in Kahrizak region that 311of them were selected by cluster sampling and responded to two questionnaires of: “Educational Identity” (Vaz and Isaacson, 2008) and “educational negligence” (Solomon and Ruth Bloom, 1984). Data validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data showed a there is a significant correlation between dignities of educational identity and educational negligence. The focal analysis showed two significant sets between dignities of educational identity and educational negligence. In the first, there was a negative correlation between achievement with premature identity and there was a positive and significant correlation between post mature and confused identity with components of preparing homework, prepare for the exam and paper writing. In the second set, there was a significant correlation between post mature and confused educational identity with negligence. It can be concluded that in schools which students have achievement educational identity, the amount of their negligence is low. On the other hand, whatever students have more confused identity and less post mature identity, their educational negligence would be more.
