Among the factors effective on improving the students' academic performance are the teachers' methods and their interaction with the students. Using direct observation, coding the teaching/learning process to determine the type of relationship, and analysis of quality were common during the 50s and 60s. Many researchers use direct observation and categorical coding, nowadays. Sixty classes of three high schools in different fields of study (Mathematics, Empirical sciences, and Humanities) were selected using stratified random sampling. The classes were from five different educational areas in Tabriz.Flanders' interaction analysis was utilized to analyze the data. The results of direct observation revealed that teachers employed non-direct teaching less than a direct one. There was no significant difference between the use of indirect teaching and teachers’ gender. Moreover, there was no significant relationship between teachers’ experience and indirect teaching. In addition, there was no significant difference between the teachers’ experience and the three fields of study, however, teachers of humanities encouraged students to learn much more than the other two groups. Also no significant relationship was found between non-direct teaching and students academic achievements (p=0.341>0.05 r=0.125). Nevertheless, there was a negative relationship between direct teaching and academic improvement (p=0.000}, keywords = {Direct teaching,Flanders\' interaction analysis system,Flanders\' interaction analysis system,Indirect teaching,Classroom observation,Flanders\' interaction analysis system,Quality of teaching}, title_fa = {ارزیابی تدریس دبیران متوسطه براساس عوامل دهگانه فلندرز}, abstract_fa = {عملکرد تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان از موضوعاتی است که توجه بسیاری از محققان تربیتی را جلب کرده است. از عوامل مؤثر در عملکرد تحصیلی، شیوه تدریس معلمان و نوع و میزان ارتباط معلمان با دانش‌آموزان می‌باشد. بررسی فرایند تدریس معلمان با استفاده از مشاهده مستقیم و کدبرداری از جریان تدریس برای تعیین نوع ارتباط و تحلیل کیفیت تدریس از دهه‌های 50 و 60 رایج گردید که امروزه محققان زیادی از روش مشاهده مستقیم و کدبرداری مقوله‌ای استفاده می‌نمایند. در این پژوهش 60 کلاس (دبیر) از سه رشته متوسطه نظری (ریاضی-فیزیک، علوم تجربی، و ادبیات و علوم انسانی) از نواحی پنجگانه آموزش وپرورش شهر تبریز در سال تحصیلی 83-1382 به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب و بررسی شدند. برای بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل از شیوه تجزیه و تحلیل ارتباط کلامی فلندرز استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از مشاهده مستقیم فرایند تدریس نشان داد که دبیران به میزان کم از تدریس غیرمستقیم استفاده می‌نمایند. تفاوت معناداری بین میزان استفاده از تدریس غیرمستقیم در سه رشته متوسطه نظری مشاهده نگردید (245/1=F؛ 05/0>296/0=p).همچنین میزان سابقه تدریس دبیران در استفاده از تدریس غیرمستقیم تأثیر ندارد.در هیچ یک از عوامل دهگانه تعیین شده توسط فلندرز، جزء عامل دوم (ترغیب و تشویق) در بین دبیران در سه رشته متوسطه نظری تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. ولی دبیران رشته علوم انسانی نسبت به دو رشته دیگر دانش‌آموزان خود را ترغیب و تشویق می‌نمایند. نهایتاً همبستگی معناداری بین تدریس غیرمستقیم و پیشرفت تحصیلی مشاهده نشد (125/0=r؛ 05/0>341/0=p)، ولی بین تدریس مستقیم و پیشرفت تحصیلی، همبستگی منفی‌ وجود دارد (55/0-=r؛ 05/0}, keywords_fa = {گفتار معلم,تدریس مستقیم,تدریس غیرمستقیم,مشاهده فرایند تدریس,تجزیه و تحلیل ارتباط کلامی فلندرز}, url = {https://tlr.shahed.ac.ir/article_2224.html}, eprint = {https://tlr.shahed.ac.ir/article_2224_f9fdf023fd29db2794fc3b38dc314382.pdf} }
