Estimation of sample was done based on Morgan and Krejcie Table and 127 people were selected through random sampling. Data gathering tools were two structured questionnaires (headmasters and teachers with 21 closed-ended questions and 1 open-ended one). Psychometrics of these tools was examined and their required validity and reliability was provided. Findings showed that headmas-ters and teachers consider libraries effective in curriculum improvement. Almost half of respondents considered it necessary to allocate “Book Reading” within students’ curriculum while such course is not included in students’ curriculum. In order to improve curriculums and expansion of students’ learning, establishment of dynamic school libraries with expert bookkeeper, moderation of school curriculum by inclusion of school libraries programs, and allocation of time to use libraries in schools could be useful and effective.
