Abstract: This paper intended to identify the effective components which determine the quality of humane force in Shahed University and tried to identify and give priority to indices and components of this quality in this University. The statistical universe included all academies and staff who hold higher degree than first degree (N 550). Based on H.S. Bola formula (1970), sample size was determined and then it was randomly selected (n 226 in 2014). To increase the reliability of research, 280 questionnaires were distributed and 260 valid ones were analyzed. To conduct this research, a 56-item questionnaire was designed by researcher, the data gathered, were analyzed by SPSS and then the findings were considered. Objectively the research was an applied one, from data stance it was considered as a quantitative one and regarding of study type and of its nature, it was a survey-longitudinal research. In addition to descriptive statistical methods as frequency distribution table and statistical indices and diagram drawing, independent T test, Friedman test were used to analyze data. The findings showed that the cultural-ethical component was in the first place comparing 5 other components as psychological, educational, managerial, mission and objective oriented and physical and materialistic factors.
